MAKE AN APPOINTMENT
Therapy always starts with a short consultation. This is a fifteen-minute phone call to see if we are a good fit for each other. It will give you a chance to ask me about working with me and to see if virtual therapy and my style fit your needs.
Next, you'll move into individual therapy. I currently offer online therapy through Simple Practice. These sessions are about an hour long and usually occur weekly or biweekly.
We'll work out the best cadence for your therapy needs as we get to know each other.
